Plain Method

Contact the publisher

There is no contact form on this site, and no chat window. The site collects nothing, so the only way to reach us is ordinary email or ordinary post, both listed below.

By email

info@plainmethod.online

This address reaches the editorial team. A short subject line describing the matter helps it get to the right place. For anything about personal information, including an access or correction request, put the words Privacy request in the subject line, as the Privacy Policy explains.

We aim to reply within a few working days, and within 30 days at the latest for privacy requests. Messages are kept for as long as the Privacy Policy states and are not added to any mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

Post is slower than email for anything time-sensitive, but it is a valid way to make a privacy request or a complaint if you prefer it.

What we can help with

Corrections to the course are the most useful thing you can send. If a step contains something that is wrong, out of date or genuinely unclear, tell us which step and quote the sentence. We would rather hear about a single confusing paragraph than receive a general compliment.

Questions about how the site is funded are also welcome, although the Affiliate Disclosure is written to answer them in advance. The same goes for questions about what the site does and does not collect, which the Cookie Policy covers in detail.

What we cannot help with

We are not technical support for any game, and we have no access to any publisher's systems. If your account is locked, a purchase has failed, an item is missing or another player has behaved badly, the publisher's own support process is the only place that can act, and Step 5 explains the order in which to escalate after that.

We cannot tell you whether a particular computer will run a particular game. Step 2 teaches you to answer that yourself, because the answer depends on facts about your machine that we have no way of seeing and do not want to be sent.

We do not give professional, legal or financial advice, and nothing in a reply from us should be treated as any of those. For questions about your rights as a consumer in Australia, the ACCC and your state or territory fair trading office are the right starting points.

Unsolicited material

We do not accept guest articles, sponsored posts, link insertions or paid mentions, and messages offering them are deleted without a reply. The course names one product, for the reason set out on the About page, and that is the whole of the arrangement.

Please do not send attachments unless we have asked for them, and please do not send personal information you do not need to send. Anything that arrives and is not needed to answer your message is deleted, as the Privacy Policy describes.
