Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with the website at plainmethod.online. The site is published by LUKREX s.r.o., of Ve Smečkách 603/13, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company registration 26881705, VAT number CZ26881705, contactable at info@plainmethod.online. LUKREX s.r.o. is responsible for the handling described below.
Personal information in connection with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Because this site is a plain reading site with no forms, the honest version of most of this policy is that very little happens at all. The structure below follows the thirteen principles in order so you can check that for yourself.
This policy covers plainmethod.online and nothing else. The affiliate link in this course leads to https://price-low.eu/a/73PqKhW7nnIR1Yg, and from there to a vendor's own website. Those sites, and every other site linked from the course, are run by other organisations under their own privacy policies, which you should read on their own terms.
APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information
This document is the whole of our policy, it is free to read without any account, and it is linked from the footer of every page. The entity responsible is LUKREX s.r.o., named in full above with its address, registration number, VAT number and email address. Questions about how we handle information go to info@plainmethod.online, and we answer them.
APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity
Reading this course requires no identification of any kind. There is no account, no sign-in and no form, so an ordinary visit tells us nothing about who you are beyond what any web server unavoidably records.
If you write to us, a pseudonymous email address is perfectly acceptable, and we will reply to it. The one exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information: to act on such a request we need enough confidence that the information is yours, which in practice means writing from the address the correspondence was conducted with.
APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information
Two things are collected, both of them the minimum necessary to publish a website and answer an email.
Server access logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs for the site. Each entry can include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string identifying your browser and operating system.
Email you send us. If you write to info@plainmethod.online, we receive your email address, any name you choose to give, the content of your message and any attachment you send.
Nothing else is collected. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no sign-up, no account, no progress tracking, no quiz and no chat widget. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no advertising tags, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. It loads no web fonts, no scripts and no images from any other server, so a visit to this site makes no request to anybody but our own host.
APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information
Occasionally an email arrives containing personal information we did not ask for and do not need — details about a third party, an attachment sent without a request, or information irrelevant to the question asked. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete that material rather than keep it. The Contact page asks you not to send it in the first place.
APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information
This policy is the notification. It names the entity, says what is collected, why, how long it is kept and who else sees it, and it is linked from every page of the site including the one you arrive on. Nothing is collected in a way that would make a separate notice at the point of collection possible, since there is no point of collection other than loading a page or choosing to send an email.
APP 6 — Use and disclosure of personal information
Access logs are used for three purposes only: keeping the site secure, preventing and investigating abuse, and diagnosing faults. Email is used for one purpose only: replying to you and dealing with the matter you raised.
Personal information is never sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone's marketing. It is not used to build a profile of you. It is disclosed outside LUKREX s.r.o. only to the service providers named under APP 8, and to a public authority where the law requires us to disclose it.
APP 7 — Direct marketing
We do not use personal information for direct marketing. There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no promotional email of any kind, and the course sends no reminders because it keeps no record that you are reading it. If you write to us, you receive a reply and nothing further.
APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Two service providers are involved in running this site: our hosting provider, which operates the server and keeps its access logs, and our email service provider, which carries messages to and from our mailbox. They are the only recipients of the information described under APP 3.
Neither is named in this document, and we will not invent a location for them. Both may store or process data outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. If you would like to know who they are before writing to us, ask at info@plainmethod.online and we will tell you.
APP 9 — Government related identifiers
This principle has no application here. We do not adopt, use or disclose any government related identifier. We never ask for a tax file number, a driver licence number, a Medicare number or any similar identifier, and there is no field on this site in which one could be entered.
APP 10 — Quality of personal information
The only personal information we hold that could be inaccurate is what you have told us in an email. If something you sent was wrong, or has changed, write to us and we will correct our copy of it. We do not enrich, append to or verify information against any external source.
APP 11 — Security of personal information
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. There is no database behind the site and no stored submissions, because there is nothing on the site capable of submitting anything.
Access to the hosting account and to the mailbox is limited to people working for LUKREX s.r.o. who need it. Information that is no longer needed is deleted on the schedule described under APP 12 and 13 below. We claim no certification, audit or standard beyond this description, because none has been stated to us and we will not imply one.
APP 12 and APP 13 — Access to, and correction of, personal information
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct it. Write to info@plainmethod.online with the words Privacy request in the subject line, or to the postal address at the top of this policy. There is no charge for making a request.
We reply within 30 days. If we cannot give access to something — because it would reveal information about another person, or because the law prevents it — we will say so and explain why. If we decline to make a correction, you may ask us to attach a statement noting that you consider the information inaccurate.
How long information is kept. Access logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Email is retained for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for longer in connection with a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter ends.
Affiliate links and what happens when you follow one
This course contains paid affiliate links, explained in full on the Affiliate Disclosure. Following one takes you off plainmethod.online entirely. From that moment the affiliate network that operates the link, and the vendor of the product, may set cookies or use similar technology on their own sites to record that the referral came from us. That happens on their domains, under their policies, and we have no control over it.
What comes back to us is a commission report: aggregate figures about how many sign-ups were attributed to our links. We use those reports only to reconcile payments. We do not ask for, and do not want, information that would identify an individual reader.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled personal information, write to info@plainmethod.online with the details. We will acknowledge the complaint and answer it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The OAIC explains the process at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
Data breaches
If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or loss of, personal information connected with this site, we assess what has happened promptly. Where the assessment indicates that serious harm to an affected person is likely, we notify the people affected and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Children
This course is written for adults, and parts of it are written for parents and carers. The site is not directed at people under 16, and nothing on it is designed to appeal to children. We collect nothing that would identify a person of any age, and we do not knowingly hold personal information about a child.
Readers in the EU, the EEA and the UK
LUKREX s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the following applies in addition to the above.
Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website. Our legal basis for handling email is the steps necessary to respond to the enquiry you have made. There is no consent basis anywhere in this policy, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing to consent to.
Where that law applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, exercised by writing to info@plainmethod.online. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. If a change is material — if it alters what is collected, why, how long it is kept or who receives it — a note saying so is displayed at the top of this page for 30 days.
